Refund & Cancellation Policy of ICBridge

• A non-refundable administrative and service charge of ₹1,500/- applies.
• Failure to attend a scheduled interview incurs a non-refundable fee of ₹10,000/- and cancellation of the process.
• Upon acceptance of an application, cancellation incurs a fee of ₹10,000/-.
• Issuance of an offer letter incurs a cancellation fee of ₹10,000/-.
• In case of visa denial, ₹30,000/- is non-refundable.
• No refunds for visa holders in cases of job changes, internship termination, or early departure due to reasons such as false information provided to the consulate/embassy.

End-to-End Processing Time: 4-6 months (Delays possible due to US Government Agency paperwork)

Refund Policy of Sponsor Organization: USA

Upon agreement execution, a non-refundable program fee of US$ 3,900/- applies, except as detailed in clause (C) below:

• US$ 350/- advance fee and US$ 3,550/- within 3 days of placement confirmation by the Sponsor Organization, USA. Balance payable at visa application.
• Fee includes Placement, Sponsorship, DS 2019, and Health Insurance.
• Failure to pay US$ 3,550 within 3-5 days of placement confirmation results in process cancellation without refund.
• Visa form correction incurs a US$ 250 fee.
• No refunds for visa holders due to job changes, internship termination, or early departure from the USA.
• No refund if visa denial is due to false information provided to the consulate/embassy or undisclosed information.
• If visa application is declined for reasons other than those stated, refund of all fees (i.e., $3,005/-) is possible after deducting US$ 895/-, upon submission of required documents within 14 days.
• No refund if cancellation occurs after placement.
• Official application fee of $350 is nonrefundable.
• Applicant refunded $200 from application fee if no interview scheduled within 180 days.
• $350/- non-refundable if participant fails to attend arranged interview.
• Postponement incurs a $350/- fee retained for 6 months, non-transferable.
• Direct contact with employer before arrival results in cancellation without refund.
• SEVIS & VISA Fees, Bank Commission, Postage Charges & GST are nonrefundable.
